That's exactly why I created The Reset Project — a structured coaching programme designed to help you lose 5–10kg sustainably, feel confident walking into the gym knowing exactly what to do and how to do it, and build habits you can actually maintain. Not another short-term fix.

This is where we reset your baseline.

Direction and performance. This is where you decide what the next level looks like — improving body composition further, training for an event, building serious strength, maintaining without stress, or setting a performance goal that excites you.

Whether you're training 1-2-1, in Small Group PT, or online — this is never a generic programme. Small Group PT runs on the same individual coaching principles as 1-2-1: your own goals, your own phase, your own plan. You're never just following along with the group.

There will be weeks where motivation dips, progress feels slow, or life gets busy. That doesn't mean it's failing — it means you're in a phase designed to build long-term change, not something you have to restart every January.

Do I need to be fit already to start? +
Absolutely not. Most of my clients come in feeling completely lost in the gym or haven't trained consistently in years. We start where you are — not where you think you should be.
What's the difference between 1-1 and small group? +
1-1 is fully personalised — every session built around you. Small group PT has max 6 people, so you still get coached properly, but with the energy and community of a group. Both get results.
How does the free 7-day trial work? +
Fill in the enquiry form, we'll have a quick 10-minute call, then you join the group sessions for a full week — completely free. No card required. If it's not for you, no hard feelings.
Where are the sessions held? +
All in-person sessions are at JD Gyms, Greenock. Online coaching is available if you're not local or prefer to train on your own schedule.
How quickly will I see results? +
Most clients notice changes in energy, confidence, and strength within the first 4 weeks. Physical changes typically become visible from 6–8 weeks with consistency. It's not a quick fix — it's a real change.
What if I have an injury or health condition? +
Tell me in the enquiry form and we'll discuss it on the call. Many of my clients have trained around injuries, back issues, or health conditions — we adapt the programme to suit you.
Is nutrition advice included? +
Yes — nutrition guidance is included with all coaching packages. I don't give out meal plans and tell you to follow them blindly. We work on habits and education that last.
