I've spent 6+ years coaching hundreds of people who felt stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed in the gym. People who wanted to change but didn't know where to start or how to stay consistent.
That's exactly why I created The Reset Project — a structured coaching programme designed to help you lose 5–10kg sustainably, feel confident walking into the gym knowing exactly what to do and how to do it, and build habits you can actually maintain. Not another short-term fix.
This is for you if you've tried before but always fallen off, feel lost in the gym or second-guess your training, and want guidance, structure, and accountability — not guesswork.

The Process
The Reset Project isn't a quick fix. It's a phased process designed to rebuild your structure, confidence, and consistency — in a way that actually lasts. Each phase has a different purpose. If you understand which phase you're in, you won't panic when things feel slow — and you won't self-sabotage when things start working.
Whether you're training 1-2-1, in Small Group PT, or online — this is never a generic programme. Small Group PT runs on the same individual coaching principles as 1-2-1: your own goals, your own phase, your own plan. You're never just following along with the group.
There will be weeks where motivation dips, progress feels slow, or life gets busy. That doesn't mean it's failing — it means you're in a phase designed to build long-term change, not something you have to restart every January.
